第一句話比較口語，”might” 是 “may” 的過去式，都是「可能」的意思，但是語氣比較不肯定時會用 “might”。“a germ of talent” 是比較特殊的用法，“germ” 這裡是「發源、胚芽」的意思，如 “the germ of an idea” 就是「一個想法的萌芽」。”discipline” 是「紀律」，”practice” 是「執行」。”instinct” 是「本能、直覺」，”carry you through” 是「帶領你」的意思。”moments” 是「片刻、瞬間」，”inspiration” 是「靈感」。
