German Chancellor Angela Merkel wants to celebrate her 60th birthday at a reception with hundreds of guests by inviting a scientist to give a lecture, a report said Sunday.
德國總理梅克爾想在一場有數百名賓客參與的宴會上，邀請一名科學家演說，以慶祝她60歲生日，一則報導週日指出。
Merkel, a trained physical chemist, reaches the milestone in July when her Christian Democrats plan to throw an event at party headquarters for around 500 people, according to Der Spiegel news magazine.
