Tom: I don’t seem to have a life anymore! 我真的沒有自己的生活了!
Jerry: What do you mean? 怎麼啦?
Tom: All I seem to do is eat, work and more work, I don’t have time for myself and family. 我的生活只有吃以及不停的工作,我都沒有留時間給自己跟家人。
Jerry: I don’t want to add any pressure, but I am also feeling neglected by you. Try to prioritize and set a schedule for yourself. 不想給你壓力,我最近也覺得你都不理我。試試看為自己重新釐清事情優先順序。
Tom: I do but I end up working from home and my weekends are packed with more work. 我有在做,但是一不小心,還是把工作帶回家,幾乎周末都奉獻給工作了。
Jerry: Maybe you should realize that you cannot do everything at once and you will burn yourself out, I will help you make a schedule. You will have to stick to it because all work and no play will make you a dull boy! 也許你應該了解你不能同時做很多事請,不然會累壞了身體,我來幫你看看如何調整時間安排,那你要答應我,試著依照我的安排,不然沒有娛樂,讓人容易變笨!
Tom: I know what you mean and I end up not being productive anyway, so I we will do the schedule tomorrow, right now I have to go back to work. 我知道,結果降低生產力,明天開始我會按照你給的時間表,但現在...我該回頭工作了。
Jerry: No, Tom, your break is not over for yet another 30 minutes, we can do it now!! 不行!Tom,休息時間還有30分鐘,我們應該從現在就開始實踐!
