初來乍到別擔心

剛進到一間新公司或新學校，除了興奮之外，是不是也有點緊張呢？所以，大部分公司的人事（personnel）部門就會對新進員工進行環境介紹employee orientation，在校園內則稱new student orientation，內容主要是熟悉環境及各項設施（facility）、認識組織階層（organizational structure），並了解內部規範 （regulation）等等。除了傳統的介紹講習，還有公司以團康活動或是運動競賽的方式，讓新成員更快融入環境，創意十足呢。
