最最關鍵的，大家就想，我們為全世界其他國家的、地區的小企業和消費者能做些什麼，而不是去那個地方能拿到什麼錢。因為掙錢是個結果；到全世界各地是解決問題，才是真正應該中國企業要去思考的問題。全球化企業，不一定有全球的業務，你必須有全球的思考；而全球的思考，就是解決全球的問題。

But what matters most for Alibaba right now is not to seek profit but to help solve different problems for the world. Making money is only a result. How to solve the problems of small businesses around the world is what Chinese companies should really think about. A international company does not necessarily need to have global business, but it needs global thinking, which means thinking about how to solve the problems of the globe
